• Provide counseling sessions to the clients (career, professional, behavioral, and so forth)
• Develop and conduct lectures/seminars for client’s in-service training.
• Conduct performance evaluation within training and Counsel Trainees to improve performance during training.
• Prepare Soft Skills training modules and regular modification as per process.
• Identification of the training needs preparation of training modules and workshops for the client.
• Participate in the development & implementation of training programs.
• Prepare and design content for training modules as per the requirement.
