Chessvicky an emerging Indian chess-tech startup redefine chess with its unique feature

On the occasion of World’s chess day I would love to share this story to inspire Indian chess lovers and players

Every year, the United Nations celebrates July 20 as International Chess Day or World Chess Day. There are almost 2,000 variations of the two-player strategic board game. According to the United Nations website, the game Chaturanga, which developed in the Northern Indian Subcontinent between 319 and 543 CE, is thought to be the earliest precursor of chess. The game eventually moved west to Persia via the Silk Roads. The game was dubbed Shatranj when it came to Sassanid Persia around 600 CE. In nations such as Russia, India, Germany, the United States, and the United Kingdom, up to 70% of the adult population has played chess at some time in their life. Chess is played by about 605 million individuals on a regular basis.

Vinayak Jagannath Wadile is a Young International Fide-rated Chess Player. He has launched an online chess learning app, called ‘Chessvicky’ His childhood friend Akshay Jadhav helped him in making the android app, for which he has received an overwhelming response. With more than 1 million chess players in all 28 states in India, 25 lakh players are from 36 districts of Maharashtra and 15 thousand just from Nashik city. Where Football is played in 198+ countries and chess in 195+ countries,  & chess is the second most popular game after played Football. Vinayak Jagnnath Wadile is the founder and CEO of Chessvicky, a company that aims to make chess more accessible to every chess lover and player.

Vinayak states that I believe in the famous quotation by Jeff Bezos “I knew that if I failed I wouldn’t regret that, but I knew the one thing I might regret is not trying.” and after so many attempts and efforts today Chessvicky is a renowned name in the chess-tech platform.

The company was awarded as Startup of the year in 2016 and received the Best Startup Award in 2017. The team is set to start many interactive puzzle tournaments and quizzes with minimum entry fees with many prizes. They also plan to work with Argument reality and Virtual reality.

This is due to the fact that other countries begin athletic training for children at a young age in their own country. If we work hard on this, our country will soon have a large number of chess masters. Every day, the company achieves new milestones with Vinayak as the Founder & CEO and Mrs. Bharati Jagannath Wadile as the Director of his company. Vinayak is also the Managing Director of Sportify International Pre School and the Founder of Organizes My Event Company.
